Rosanne, I am so sorry for your loss. Dennis was an amazing friend, and fellow bean counter, like me. I always knew I could bounce an idea off him, at any time.
I will miss him, at Cedar Lake. The joy he brought to everyone he was around, was unmistaken. But what I will miss most of all, is hearing an LGB come flying at me, from out of nowhere. And Dennis always knew the OWF reply would be coming from me.
His incredible fight is over, and he can know rest in piece.

So hard to say goodbye to someone taken much too soon. Dennis was a great friend, neighbor and golfing partner. He had a terrific sense of humor, was a first rate story teller and a world class needler. Our many years of playing Member Guest golf tournaments at Cedar Lake and Yahnundasis provided many cherished memories. Despite his comments about his golf game, he was a good player and proud of the fact that we won at each club. He was a strong person who never lost his sense of humor even during these last difficult years. Rest in peace my friend.

I came to known Dennis through my wife Mary Jo, Rose Ann sister. He was a cool man, although he did scare me with that big voice of his and the more I was around him I was always scared. He was great to golf with, we always had bets going and I always seem to win when I kept score but then being the accountant that he was he had to check my figures. Sometimes I won sometimes not. We always had to pay off in front the families and declared who was the best that day.
Whenever he came down I took him golfing with me and my Wednesday group golf friends He claimed that I didn’t have friends only people I lost money to. He said they liked him better that me and he was probably right. Who else would say that to you, other than my favorite brother in law. I’m going to miss him, his great jokes and explaining to me what Shapiro is.

Many, many memories of years gone by . I was the baby of the family and you guided me over the years to be a better person in so many ways. You helped me with my business year after year. Had many wonderful times at camp with your family . Your mom was a lovely woman and I was lucky my sister married into the Harts.
The best memories are you and Bobby bickering over a dollar or two over bets and a long day at the course. You two were quite a pair . Lots and lots of laughs were had at dinner on those nights.
We made pack one holiday to always be together Christmas or Thanksgiving every year. It’s so hard living many miles from your loved ones. So glad we took the time over the years which keep going by too quickly to make special family memories!
