Mrs. Sheila Ann Jackson, 71, a resident of Utica Rehab and Nursing Center in Utica, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Sheila was born in Utica, on December 11, 1948, the daughter of Albert and Bessie (Agley) Keyes and received her education in Utica schools. At one time, Sheila was employed as a certified nurses assistant with the Eastern Star Nursing home in Oriskany. She enjoyed shopping, playing bingo and going to the casino. She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Jackson is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Tanya and Joseph Siciliano of Utica and Amanda Shelby of Rome; one son and daughter-in-law, Brian, Jr. and Teisha Winters, of Holland Patent; seven cherished grandchildren, Dept. Sherriff Jordan and his wife, Alicia, Mia, Vincenzo, Mary Jane, Giovanna, Isabella and Aiden; three adored great grandchildren, Bella, Ronan and Marius; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, George Winters and sister, Linda Collins. A grave side service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 12:00 noon at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro.
