Linda A. Beasock, 76, of Utica, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Faxton - St. Luke’s Healthcare. Linda was born in Utica on August 27, 1944, a daughter of the late Maurice and Dorothy Hughes and was raised and educated in Whitesboro. On June 22, 1963, Linda was united in marriage to Eugene H. Beasock at St. Patrick’s Church, Utica, a blessed union of 57 years. Throughout her life Linda always enjoyed knitting and crocheting and in her earlier years she was an avid bowler. Linda is survived by her husband Eugene, a daughter, Cheryl (Harold) Thomas, of Yorkville, a son, Ronald (Noreen) Beasock, of Deerfield, and a sister, Sally (James) Arnold, of Tacoma, WA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her daughter, Susan Beasock in 2008, two sisters, Maureen Smith and Betty Morocco and a brother, Dale Hughes. Calling hours for Mrs. Beasock will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 5-7 at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica, with a funeral service to be held at 7:00. Those so wishing may make donations to the American Cancer Society in Linda’s memory.
