Paul “Wally” Sauter, age 66, of Utica, NY, passed away on February 10, 2021 with his family beside him. He was the son of the late Elaine Tibbitts and John Sauter. Paul was a graduate of Utica Free Academy and worked for many years at Indium Corporation. He will be remembered by his love of camping, his golden retrievers, NASCAR, and his many friends. Paul was predeceased by his partner, Alice Deming. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law; Lori and Merrill Constantine; his daughters and sons-in-law; Kolene and Aaron Ettinger, Corry and Moises Diaz, and Shelby and Matthew Miller, and his grandsons: Ayson, Owen, Levi, and Wyatt. The family would like to thank the nurses at St. Luke’s Hospital for their kindness and care.
