Mrs. Gina M. (Raffule) Finnefrock, 54, of N. Utica, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at University Hospital SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse, with her loving family by her side. Gina was born in Utica, on February 27, 1967, the daughter of Anthony “Tony” and Gloria (Hazeltine) Raffule. She was raised and educated in Utica and was a graduate of John F. Kennedy high school. In 2014, Gina was united in marriage with Michael A. Finnefrock. For many years, she was employed with her family’s business, the Patio Drive In, Utica. Gina was an avid Buffalo Bills and NY Yankees fan, enjoyed doing scratch off lottery tickets and she was of the Catholic Faith. Gina is survived by her loving husband, Mike; two sons, Patrick and Matthew; her mother, Gloria Raffule; brother and brother-in-law, Richard and Leonardo Raffule; two nieces and one nephew, Saray, Dominic and Ashley; aunt, Linda Sinker; cousins, Bernadette and Francis Roy; step-son, Ryan Jones; dear lifelong friends, Caroline, Jennifer, Michelle “Mush”, Michele “Puggy”, Karen, and Carrie as well as several aunts, cousins and friends to numerous to mention. She was predeceased by her father Tony, brother Anthony, in-laws, Anthony and Caroline Finnefrock and dear friend, Craig Griffith. Visitation for family and friends is Thursday, April 15, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica, followed by a service at 7:00 at the conclusion of visitation. Face coverings are required and social distancing and contact tracing protocols must be observed.
