Dawn M. Johnson, 38, passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2021 while on vacation in the Pocono’s. Born on June 9, 1983 in Utica the daughter of Kevin Johnson and the former Gloria Schultz. She was educated in Ilion Schools. She was currently employed by Hannaford as a Cashier. She was a talented Artist and loved to draw. Her favorite thing to do was to get in her car and just ride. Survivors include her father Kevin Johnson, Utica, four sisters Rochelle Gasper and her husband Marcus, FL., Amy Johnson, Angela Johnson and Cheyenne Schultz all of Utica, three brothers Joseph Thibault and his wife Aly, Little Falls, Scott Schultz and Cody Wells both of Utica, her nieces and nephews which meant the world to her Alijah, Jared, Austin, Marsean, Maniya, Brendell, La’Eligin, Chiara, Anavey, JayDeon, Jackson, two great nephews Avery and Oliver, her long loving companion Ashley Chrystie and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased her mother Gloria Thibault on January 22, 2010. Funeral Services will be on Friday September 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Heintz Funeral Service, Inc, 408 Herkimer Road, Utica, NY. 13502. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects from 12:00 until the time of the service at 2:00. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the Family.
