Mr. Michael Pryborowski, 66, passed away peacefully at MVHS St. Luke’s campus, New Hartford, on September 26, 2021. Michael was born on March 12, 1955, the son of William and Helen (Jablonski) Pryborowski. Michael grew up and was educated in the Utica Schools Class of 1973. He continued his education at MVCC and received an associate’s degree in criminal justice. On July 25, 1987 he was united in marriage to Linda Austin in Utica at Our Lady of the Rosary. Michael went work for Mohawk Container, which became Smurfit Stone Container, New Hartford where he worked most of his career. Michael was a proud member of the Yorkville Volunteer Fire where he was an EMT also. Michael was the ultimate sports fan some would say a fanatic specially when it came to the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees and New York Rangers. Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Linda, his three children, Sasha Pryborowski and her husband, Chris McMurry of Washington DC, Marie Casale and her husband Jason of Sauquoit, and Michael W. Pryborowski of Whitesboro and three grandchildren Charles and Margaret Casale and Quinn Pryborowski. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Whitesboro, on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m., with Father Thomas Durant officiating. Michael’s family will gather privately to pay their final respects. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Yorkville.
