David S. Delia, Sr., 53, loving son, father, grandfather and friend passed away on October 19, 2021 at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Utica after a brief illness. David was born on February 6, 1968 in New Hartford, he was the son the late Donald Delia and former Sandra Campbell. He was educated in Utica schools and attended UFA. For several years he was store manager for Hummel’s Office Supply in many of their stores through the valley. He was last employed by Mobile Gas Stations on the NYS Thruway in Little Falls and Schuyler. David was a gaming enthusiast; he had a special room in his home for playing and collecting anything gaming. David is survived by a son David S. Delia Jr., his daughter Lily Delia and David Jr.’s companion Teisha Shalna and her daughter Evian Davis, Frankfort, his mother Sandra Delia, his ex-wife Darla Maikranz and her children Amanda Maikranz, Ilion, Taylor Maikranz, Niagara Falls, a brother Mark Delia and his wife Jessica, AZ., an uncle Scott Campbell and his wife Pam and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Donald Delia and his aunt Donna Valenzano, Grandfather Douglas and Dorothy Campbell.
