Ms. Donna J. Freudenberger, 69, of Utica, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at MVHS, St. Luke’s Campus, with her loving family by her side. Donna was born in Jamestown, NY, on September 26, 1952, the daughter of Donald and Leslie (Brecht) Freudenberger. She was a graduate of Clinton High School and earned her nursing license from Marcy School of Nursing. At one time, Donna was employed with Verizon in Utica. She was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking and loved to travel the world over, especially Jamaica. Donna’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her cherished grandson, Wyatt. Donna is survived by her daughter, Jessie Fairbrother and her fiancé, Michael Pepe of N. Utica; her mother, Leslie Freudenberger of Utica; cherished grandson, Wyatt; sister, Phyllis Wilkinson of New Hartford; brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Cindy Freudenberger of Utica; niece, Sarah Wilkinson; nephew, Nathan Wilkinson and two step grandchildren, Makayla pepe and Cody Pepe. She was predeceased by her father, Donald. In keeping with Donna’s wishes, there is no visitation or services. She will be laid to rest at the convenience of her family.
