Mrs. Barbara A. Roberts, 75, of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in New Hartford. Barbara was born in Utica, on September 14, 1946, the daughter of Arthur and Gladys (Roberts) Cameron and received her education in local schools. On July 3, 1965, Barbara was united in marriage with Edward Richard “Dick” Roberts III, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Whitesboro, a devoted union of 43 years, until Edward’s death in 2008. Barbara was employed as general manager with WUTR in Deerfield, retiring after over 25 years of dedicated service. She later went to work with Mohawk Valley Realtors. Barbara enjoyed traveling to visit her sons and was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Roberts is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Richard Roberts of Utah and Christopher and Mary Ann Roberts of Maryland and one sister, Kathleen Griffith of Sauquoit. In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, there were no calling hours and a private family service was held.
