Jessica Lee Zimdars (Jessy), 30 of Schuyler, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Jessica was born in New Hartford, on August 21, 1991, the daughter of Elisha A. (Linebeck) and Jeffrey Anderson Zimdars, Sr. She was raised locally and was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. Jessy was employed as grocery supervisor with Target in New Hartford. Jessy was a true outdoors enthusiast, who especially enjoyed camping, boating, hiking and fishing. She also loved playing cornhole, family game night and singing and dancing. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Marcy. Jessica is survived by her mother and step-father, Elisha Zimdars-Doolen and Mark Doolen of Sauquoit; two sisters and two brothers, whom she shared a special bond with; Jynee Zimdars and her fiancée Keith Cavoly of Schuyler, Jenna Zimdars and her partner, Joelle Ceneviva of Utica, Jeffrey Zimdars, Jr. and Ashlee Mazur of Yorkville and Joshua Zimdars and his fiancée Kelsey Taylor of Deerfield; her cherished nieces and nephew, Alisandrea Cavoly, Bella Cavoly and K.J. Cavoly; Jessy shared a special bond with her aunt and uncle, Blythe and Tiny Cowley of Frankfort. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation for family and friends is Monday, November 8, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the conclusion of visitation. She will be laid to rest with her father, in Crown Hill Memorial Park, Kirkland.
