Mr. Robert M. Noffer, of Utica, passed away on December 18, 2021 at the Abraham House in Utica. Robert was born in Ilion, NY, on June 21, 1946, the son of Leslie and Ann (Garnsey) Noffer. Robert attended local schools and was a veteran of the US Navy, where he served aboard the USS WASP (CVS-18). He was also the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal. Bob worked various jobs during his career until his retirement. Robert is survived by his brother, Lawrence Noffer and sister, Julianne LaFayette, as well as five nephews and many cousins. He was predeceased by his brother and closest friend, Leslie Noffer. In keeping with Roberts wishes, there will be no services.
