Mr. Gregory Scott David, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning, January 31, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. He was born on November 12, 1977 at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX., son of Gary and Tamara (Lubey) David. Greg was educated in New York Mills schools. He was a man with a reputation for being a hard worker no matter what he put his mind to. This was shown in his employment at Vicks Lithograph in Yorkville where he worked since high school. He worked his way up the ladder to Print Press Operator. In his spare time Greg was an enthusiast of many things but most of all Kickball, Volleyball, Corn Hole and Poker were among his favorites. He is survived by his loving daughter Alexis David, Mohawk, a son Trevor David, Brooklyn, his parents Gary and Tammy David, his loving companion Eve-Marie Ayala which he shared a home, two brothers Andrew and Scott David both of Utica and his K-9 Jax “Jaxhole” and felines Lola and Tiger Lilly. Calling hours for Gregory will be held on Saturday. February 5, 2022, from 4-7 PM at Heintz Funeral Services, Inc., 1517 Whitesboro Street, Utica, NY. 13502. A formal service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
