Mr. Hank Baye, 76, of Mattydale, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday February 27, 2022.
Hank was born in Utica, on July 17, 1945 the son of Dorothy Eldridge and Emmit Attary. He was raised in Utica and attended Utica Schools. On February 4, 1965, Hank was united in marriage with Edith Miller. For many years, Hank was employed in the Automotive industry both in Utica and Syracuse. Hank was a volunteer fire fighter in West Monroe retiring in 2008 and was an avid Buffalo Bills Fan.
Hank is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Kim Baye of Ilion, NY; three daughters, Deborah Hayes of Mattydale, NY, Carol Edwards of Bridgeport, NY and Marie Baye of Bridgeport, NY; his son-in-law, Brian Edwards of Clinton, NY as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Edith.
Visitation for family and friends is Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica.
