Obituary of Jeffrey A. Olmstead

Jeffrey A. Olmstead, 48, of North Utica, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

     Jeff was born in New Hartford on February 12, 1974. He was educated in local schools and graduated from SUNY Institute of Technology with a BS in accounting. For many years, he was Operations Manager of Fiserv Utica. On August 10th, 2002, Jeff was united in marriage to Melissa Farrell.

     He leaves behind his beloved wife, Melissa and his parents, Barbara and Gary Casey or as Jeff called them his “A-Team”. In addition to his wife and parents, Jeff also leaves his sister, Jerilyn Mashaw and her husband, Joe; his father-in-law, Jack Farrell and many family members from both the Gigliotti and Farrell families. Jeff was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Fred and Rose Guido Gigliotti and his mother-in-law, Shirley Farrell. All arrangements, entrusted to Heintz Funeral Service, Inc., N.
