Obituary of Terry Lynn-Marie Johnson

Terry Lynn-Marie Johnson, 47, of Utica, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 26, 2022, at the Oneida Center, Utica.

     Terry was born in New Hartford, on May 20, 1975, the daughter of the late David LaManque and Dorothy “Patricia” Hauf.  She was raised locally and was a graduate of Poland High School.  She furthered her education through BOCES in the cosmetology program and became a licensed hairdresser.  She was employed be several local salons but most recently the former Master Cut Salon in the target wing of Sangertown Mall, New Hartford.  Terry enjoyed travelling and was a huge animal lover especially dogs, cats and birds. 

     Terry is survived by her loving daughter Angel Johnson, Herkimer, NY., sisters Lori Forbes and her husband Clay, Remsen, NY., Pauline Claflin and her husband Steven, Cold Brook, NY., Valerie Greene and her companion Dan Ross, Rochester, NY., brother David LaManque and his wife Lorrie, Ovid, MI., special aunt Carolyn Taverne, Remsen, NY., and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

     Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 10AM-11AM, from Heintz Funeral Service, Inc., 1517 Whitesboro Street, Utica.  A memorial service will follow visitation at 11AM with Father Tom Servatius officiating.
