When I first started teaching at Norte Dame, Barb was so kind to me. She made sure I knew where I was going and all the little extras that made life easier for someone new to the school. I would stop at her office often and chat for a few minutes. She was never too busy to stop and make me feel at home. Barb faced her aging with grace and dignity, even when things became more difficult for her. I will always remember her with great fondness. Rest In Peace, Barb; you will surely be missed by so many.

Barb was very kind,caring and most of all: A LOT Of FUN!! We the Collins family always considered her our 10th sister. Our family gatherings were always more fun because she was part of them.
