Mr. John “Jack” R. Tobin, 75, of NY Mills, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at the Abraham House in Rome, NY.
A memorial Mass, to celebrate Jack’s life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Church 648 Fay St., Utica. Those wishing to make a donation in Jack’s memory, please consider the Abraham House, 417 N. Washington St., Rome, NY 13440
