Mr. Walter Foley, 65, of Forestport, NY, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Wynn Hospital in Utica.

    Walter was born in Utica, on October 25, 1958, the son of George and Carol (Oram) Foley and received his education in Local schools. On September 2, 2005, Walter was united in marriage with Marlene Anna. For many years, Walter was a self-employed carpenter in the Utica area. He enjoyed a good game of pool and especially loved spending time with his granddaughter, Hailey. He was of the Catholic faith.

     Mr. Foley is survived by his beloved wife, Marlene; two daughters, Kimberly Foley and Kayla Foley; one son, Walter “Bear” Foley Jr.; stepson, Michael Paratore; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Deborah Foley and Gigi and John Alvidoti; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Debbie Foley and Randy and Jade Foley, as well as many cherished grandchildren who he loved dearly and many nieces and nephews.

     There is no visitation or services planned.
