Mr. William Carl Cooper, Jr.,63, of Ilion, NY passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Wynn Hospital, Utica with his loving sister, Carmen & Krissi Newtown by his side.

Bill was born on September 26, 1960, in Utica, NY the son of William Carl Cooper, Sr. and Gloria Folnsbee. He was raised and educated in New York Mills and was a graduate of New York Mills High School. When Bill was working, he was a cement truck driver, and he was very knowledgeable about concrete. He knows the kind of concrete you need for each application. William was an avid outdoorsman and was a big fan of motorcycles and fast sports cars.

William is survived by his loving mother Gloria Clarke, his sister Beatrice Van Dunk, her husband Edward, Paula Cooper, Carmen & Krissi Newtown, Marcus & Putty along with many friends
