Carol and Jim started as Great Customers. A few Years later they became Great Friends. A few more years later, they became Family to me. Carol was my Co-Manager at Babes Macaroni Grill and Bar. Her daily visits were special to me. I worked from opening day for 25 years there until selling and retiring. There was no Guest ever more loyal than Carol. Her smile, support laughs and humor were second to none. No one in my 40 years of Restauranting had reserved seats except Carol. If someone accidentally was in her favorite spot, she had a unique way of letting them know that they needed to move.
God Bless my Carol, you became a Stepmother to me
