Agnes V. Schuster, 98, of Marcy passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Presbyterian Home for CNY. Agnes was born in New York Mills, NY on July 6, 1917, a daughter of Ernest and Irene (Hahn) Randall. On September 28, 1940 Agnes was united in marriage to John S. Schuster, a blessed union of 43 years until his death on March 29, 1983. She was a parishioner of St. Peter's Church. Agnes always enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. Agnes is survived by her children, John R. Schuster and wife Mary Kate, of Kayuta Lake and Sharon Schuster, of Marcy, four grandchildren and spouses, David and Mindy Schuster, Donna and Tim Rogers, Denise and Chad Lusby and Scott and Michele Schuster, a brother, Tom (Butch) Randall and wife Pat, of New Hartford, and in-laws, Henrietta Randall and John Rehm. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and a great great grandson. Agnes was predeceased by a son Kerry Schuster in 1972, newborn twins, a sister, Betty Rehm and two brothers, Frederick and Bucky Randall Mrs. Schuster's funeral will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 10:15 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica and at 11:00 from St. Peter's Church, North Utica. Burial will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Whitesboro. Calling hours at the funeral home are Sunday from 5-8. Those so wishing may make donations to the Presbyterian Home in Agnes' memory. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Scott Brehaut for all the years of loving care given to Agnes.
