Mr. Harry F. Mason, 63, a resident of the St. Luke's Home in New Hartford, formerly of Utica, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at the nursing home. Harry Was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 19, 1951 the son of Niles and Betty Lou (Nelson) Mason. He came to Utica as a small child, was a graduate of Utica Free Academy and attended MVCC. Harry proudly served in The US Navy. He was a member of the former St. Francis de Sales Church in Utica, the Whitestown Vets, and Overseas Vets in Utica. Mr. Mason is survived by two daughter's and one son-in-law, Christina Mason of Rome and Krista and James Davy of N. Utica; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Chad Mason of Westernville, NY and Joseph and Lisa Davies of Yorkville; 7 grandchildren, Corrin, Chelsea, Aiden, Jaxen, Azaylea, Joey and Marissa; one sister, Debbie Mason of Ilion as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Sharron Goodhines and Kathy Santiago. In keeping with Harry's wishes, services and burial will be held privately and the convenience of his family.
