Beverly C. Palmer, 87, of North Utica, passed away on Sunday, September, 20, 2015, at home with her loving family at her side. Beverly was born in Rome, NY on November 17, 1927, a daughter of Clarence and Christine (Stumpf) Dougherty. In Utica on May 20, 1950, Beverly was united in marriage to Donald Palmer. For many years, she was employed at New York Telephone Co., retiring in 1991. She was a parishioner of St. Mark's Church, North Utica. In her spare time, Beverly loved to read and do crossword puzzles as well as traveling to Florida. Beverly is survived by her beloved husband, Donald, her five children, Karen Rose, Whitesboro, Kristine Dean, Utica, Stephen Palmer, Vernon, Kathleen Williams and husband, David, Marcy and Bethanne Donovan and husband, Daniel, Baldwinsville, NY, five grandchildren, Jason Williams and wife, Mary, NH, Justin Palmer and wife, Cheryl, Waterville, John Palmer, Vernon, Garry Rose, Clinton and Connor Donovan, Baldwinsville. Two sisters, Jane Davoli, New Hartford and Suzanne Palmiero, Utica and many nieces and nephews. Private services for Mrs. Palmer will be held at the convenience of the family.
