Lucille N. Graf, 87, formerly of Utica passed away on Monday February 16, 2015, at the Beech Tree Care Center in Ithaca, NY. Lucille was born in Utica on May 16, 1927, a daughter of Robert and Lula (Kischel) Neary. She was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. Lucille married Raymond J. Graf on July 26, 1947 at Sacred Heart Church, Utica, a blessed union of 68 years until his death on January 15, 2009. Lucille and her husband Raymond owned and operated G-5 Engraving for many years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of The Rosary Church, New Hartford. Lucille enjoyed square dancing and calling square dancing. She was extremely proud of a book she had published on local history. Lucille is survived by her three children, Lynette Padykula and husband Robert, of Mooresville, NC, Leanne Graf and Roni Mays, of New Field, NY and Bruce Graf and wife Alison, of Marcy, ten grandchildren, Michael Graf, Tim Graf, Shirley Randazzo, Karen, Kelly and David Padykula, Alex and Miranda Graf, Jim and Kristen Heath and several great grandchildren. Lucille was predeceased by a sister, Roberta Schaal. Mrs. Graf's funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:15 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., North Utica and at 10:00 from Our Lady of The Rosary Church, New Hartford. Burial will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Whitesboro. Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday from 4-7.
