Mrs. Jean Mary Brosemer, 89, a resident of St. Joseph Nursing Home in Utica, formerly of N. Utica passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014 at the nursing home. Jean will be remembered as an avid animal lover. Mrs. Brosemer is survived by her two beloved daughters and one son-in-law, Joyce and William Atkinson and Patty Brosemer; four cherished grandchildren, Kelly Huening and her husband John, Mike Atkinson and Jessica DiMartin, Jamie Paul Jenny and his wife Jennifer and Amanda Vergara and her husband Hilario as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In keeping with Jean's wishes, there are no calling hours and services will be held privately. Mrs. Brosemer's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff on the 4th floor at St. Joseph Nursing home for the wonderful care and love you provided to Jean.
