Domonic Greco, 63, of St. Rt. 167 Little Falls passed away at his home, on July 17, 2013, after a brief battle with cancer. Domonic was born in Freeport, L.I., NY, on March 23, 1950, the son of Joseph and Julia (Half) Greco. He was raised and educated on Long Island. In 1968, Domonic was married to Sandra Levine. He served his country with the US Army from 1976 to 1981. In 1980, Domonic married Mary Villeneuve. He had been employed with Tect Power in Whitesboro and formerly with Commercial Travelers. Domonic was a member of the 40 & 8, Local 92, and of the Whitestown Veterans 541. He was of the Lutheran faith, formerly belonging to Trinity Lutheran Church in Herkimer. Domonic was a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed spending his time with his family. Domonic is survived by two daughters, Kerri (and Joe) Cozzolino, FL, Amanda Greco (and Robert Pettingill), Ilion; two sons, James (and Christine) Greco, Lindenhurst, Long Island, Domonic, Jr. (and Andrea) Greco, Manheim, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his companion, Kathleen Mohr, New York Mills; two sisters, Jude Greco, FL, Jackie Greco, CT; and one brother, Joseph Greco. He is predeceased by a brother, Anthony Greco. A Funeral Service for Mr. Greco will be held Friday evening, July 19, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., Utica. His burial will be at the convenience of his family on Saturday. Calling hours at the funeral home, will be from 5 - 7 PM, Friday, prior to his service.
