Beverly Wojcik, 52, passed away at the Abraham House on June 9, 2013, with her family by her side, after a long illness. Beverly was born in Utica, NY on July 20, 1960, the daughter of Stephen and Angela (Hoyle) Wojcik. She was raised and educated in Oriskany, NY. Beverly was" free spirited", loved the outdoors, taking frequaint walks, and loved her family. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Angela and Bill Nugent of Oriskany; a daughter, Amber Wojcik of Oriskany; four sons, Adam of Syracuse, Zachary of Oriskany, Cory of Oriskany, and Josh Wolcik of Oneida; a sister, Diane and her husband George Redner of Ilion; four brothers, Steven and his wife Delores of Oriskany, Patrick of FL., John of NJ., and Jerry and his wife Alecia Wojcik of Liverpool. She also leaves, many nieces and nephews. Beverly was predeceased by her son, Christopher in 1984, and her father, Stephen in 2011. Funeral Services for Beverly, will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica. Her burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, New Hartford, NY. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 11:00 until 1:00 PM , prior to services. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the Abraham House for their care and kindness.
