Diana Lynn (Merithew) Parisi, 55, of Schuyler, passed away on Sunday April 28, 2013 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare in New Hartford with her loving family by her side. Diana was born in Marcy, NY on June 7, 1957 the daughter of Tracy William and Helen (Doan) Merithew. She was raised locally, was a graduate of Holland Patent High School and attended MVCC and Utica School of Commerce. Diana was a talented artist, enjoyed doing crafts, but she received her greatest joy spending time with her cherished grandchildren. Diana is survived by her spouse, Deborah Baker of Schuyler; one daughter, Stephanie Merithew of Utica; two sons and one daughter-in-law, William and Sabrina Merithew of Deerfield and Daniel Merithew of Utica; eight adored grandchildren, William, Jr., Donte, Kevin, Ayden, Amanda, J'Niaja, Angelina and Aamaiyah; a brother, Skip Merithew of Marcy and a sister. Brenda of Cohocton, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Tracy and Helen. Diana's family will receive visitors on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica.
