Jean A. Beha, 88, of the Presbyterian Home passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Jean was born in Utica on December 29, 1924 a daughter of Patrick and Edna (Augar) Kelly. At Blessed Sacrament Church, Utica on February 1, 1947 Jean was united in marriage to Donald A. Beha, a blessed union of 52 years until his death in 1999. She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church until its closing and currently was a parishioner of St. Paul's Catholic Church, Whitesboro. Jean was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family. She was devoted to her family and they will forever remember all that she did for them. She was a very religious woman dedicated to her religion. Jean is survived by a daughter, Judy Santo and husband Frank, MA, three sons, Michael Beha and partner Mary Briggs, New Hartford, Patrick Beha and wife Michelle, NJ and Timothy Beha and wife Mary, Whitesboro, six grandchildren, Kelly, Heather, Jessica, Christine, Kaitlyn and Zachary, a great grandson, Joshua and a son-in-law, Shawn Sullivan, MA. Jean was predeceased by a daughter, Debra Sullivan, a sister, Ednamae Kelly and a brother, Gordon (Bud) Kelly Mrs. Beha's funeral will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 1:15 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica and at 2:00 at St. Paul's Church, Whitesboro. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Whitesboro. Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday from 12:00 - 1:15. In lieu of flowers those so wishing may make donations to St. Paul's Church in Jean's memory.
