Lyle, I'm saddened that we lost touch and i am just now hearing of this... you helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. Both you and Val did... i tried calling your phone as if you would answer but I know you will not. And the number was disconnected which just made it hit me harder. You taught me how to have a backbone, you showed me a part of life i never new about, and made me comfortable with new things and people. Next year I will be going to rendezvous and im going to go to your favorite knife guy and i am going to enjoy the event to ever extent i would if you were there. Bevause everyone knows a part of you always will be. I'm hoping someone reads this and contacts me for i have no idea where I can pay my respects...
