To Jeff's family and friends,
I am saddened to learn of the passing of our beloved Jeff. Jeff was a student in my class when I taught at the ARC Mandeville St School in the early '70s. Jeff was a creative and busy fellow who always had something going on. He was never idle, had many interests, and many friends. We would occasionally run into each other in the years that followed school. We were always glad to see each other and he usually had a story to tell me or inquire about the whereabouts and well being of people from our school days. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and those whose lives he touched. May God grant his family and friends peace and comfort as they cherish his memory.
