Dear Family - I was sad to recently learn of the passing of my friend, teammate and fraternity brother. Bob was a great guy and widely loved and respected at St. Lawrence U.. Smart, tough, athletic, honest, direct and funny. He was one of the first people I met at SLU and we had 4 great years together. I loved his wry sense of humor, our workouts, and the sometimes kind of crazy things we did.
When I saw he became a LPN after a successful sales career, I thought that was great and it really didn't surprise me. Bob walked his own path, did things his way, and had a big heart despite the big tough guy exterior. And he was tough!
My condolences to you all, and I'm sure you miss him very much. Many people will.
