I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Fran. She was so full of life, and I can see her huge smile and hear her roaring laugh, both of which she shared regularly! Fran was so kind to me as a new Trainee at The Hartford. She asked what I had in my first apartment for furnishings, and couldn't believe I didn't have a television. That was solved without hesitation -- I borrowed a TV set from Fran ;-) She was just that kind and caring. Her spirit lives on in everyone who was fortunate enough to have known her.
