My condolences to all of the Nemeyer family. I first met Tim in the 1980's when I was going to MVCC, for my degree, in Utica. He was a kind and caring person. He set a good example of how a great friend should behave. I have many fond memories of fun weekends out and about in Utica and later in Albany with Tim. RIP Tim and I will cherish your friendship always.

I have so many precious memories. Timmy is one of my oldest and dearest friends who kept in touch through all these years, over 50 of them. I will miss him. I know that he is pain and sickness free doing all of the things he loved.

Nemeyer Family ~ I am very sorry to learn of Tim’s passing. Tim was a special friend. We shared many happy memories of our time working for Conrail in Utica and Selkirk.

I grew up in West Utica very close to the Nemeyer family and went to school and participated in numerous sports at Butler and Goldbas playgrounds with David! We also spent many days on the golf courses and evenings bowling in leagues not only with David but later with Brett and Curt! Many of my favorite memories from my younger years involved members of Tim’s family and I extend my sympathies to them all! My family and I now live in South Carolina otherwise I would express myself in person in some manner!

I met Timmy in the 1980s. We we both very young, he was one of my closest friends for about 8 yes. Then life happened and we drifted apart. After all these years I never forgot about him. He was the kindest, most gentle soul I have met in my life. RIP my dear friend.
