Obituary of Timothy J Nemeyer

Timothy J. Nemeyer, 63, of Utica passed away on Monday morning, June 5, 2023, at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing, Mohawk Valley, Ilion.

     Tim was born in New Hartford, NY on August 21, 1959, the son of the late Fredrick and Sally (Reed) Nemeyer.  He was raised in Utica and was a graduate of Utica Free Academy.  Shortly after graduating high school in 1978 Tim was employed by Conrail which is now CSX rail.  He was a respected and loyal employee for 40 years.  Tim loved to travel, go antiquing and often be seen outside tending to his gardens.

     He will by sadly missed by his two sisters Karen Nemeyer, Utica, Corinne Davis and her husband William, VA., six brothers David Nemeyer, Rome, Brett Nemeyer and his wife Crystal, Marcy, NY., Michael Nemeyer and his wife Dineen, VA., Curt Nemeyer, Utica, Craig Nemeyer and his wife Jennifer, CA., Patrick Nemeyer, Utica and several nieces and nephews. 

     Visitation and funeral services will be private and be held at the convenience of the family.  He will be laid to rest in Oriskany Cemetery on the family plot.
