My deepest condolences to Joe's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Joe back in 2006 at the Marcy Field Office for OGS. He made my time there a joy, and to this day, remains one of my all-time favorite co-workers. I also worked at Michael T's where Joe, Doris, and the Herthums would dine regularly. I remember when he lost his beloved wife, Doris, and although I am very saddened to learn of his passing, I am happy for him that he is reunited with his love.
Rest in peace, Joe.
