Billy my friend since I was little then I found him in Syracuse NY with lilly then again a few years later in Utica around the corner from my parents on Lincoln avenue where he was with a girl named Jennifer who had a baby by Billy and that was Billy jr what a cute baby then I left Utica for North Carolina and only saw Bill on Facebook and talked a bit but now I won't see Billy until it's my time to go well see you in a higher place my friend love ann to Billy called me ann I'm Andrea Mr Boucher lol

I had the fortune to meet up with Bill after many years when we happened to attend the same Estate sale. We caught up a little remembering some of the adventures in the old neighborhood. I think some of the stories are fit for a movie like “The Goonies”. My condolences to Bill’s family and other friends. I know he suffered, now peace.

All the years of visiting Alison (his loving partner and mother of ahlana) there were so many good times. I will miss his sarcastic sense of humor and how smart he was. We had many nice times sitting on the porch talking or going on adventures with Alison and ahlana and Cameron. He always made me feel welcome and that was because he loved Alison, so he also loved her family. He loved Alison to the very end as he proved by crying out for her and holding her tight.
