Mrs. Dulan and Family So terribly sorry for your loss. Your family and indeed Mr and Mrs Dulan are what made growing up in our neighborhood special, safe, and memorable. There are simply no more neighborhoods like ours anymore. I'm glad that we grew up with life long neighbors that in many ways were more than just friends, but were family. That makes hearing about the loss of Mr Dulan all the more saddening. My daughter will never grow up in such a neighborhood, but I'm glad that she had a chance to meet him a few times when we were in town. Please accept our most heartfelt condolences for your loss.
